| All inspections are preformed in accordance with the Code if Ethics and Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. | |||||||||||
Pre-purchase and pre-listing inspections include examination of structural and mechanical systems that are visible and accessible. Written reports are usually completed on site and given to the client at the end of the inspection. Water, radon, and other reports requiring lab analysis will be given to clients as soon as they are completed. A prelisting inspection can help answer
the question of what should be done before selling a house. Finding
problems before a buyer's inspector does, can make the sale and transition
to your new home much easier. |
|
A pest inspection including wood destroying organisms is included in the building inspection. Radon in air can be tested to determine if an abatement system is necessary.Well flow testing can be done to determine the adequacy of the water supply for the intended usage. |
